Africa 02/03

In December of 2002 I returned to Africa... Mozambique and South Africa this time. The Safari shots are from Hluhluwe-Umfoluzi game reserve, which is south of the much larger and more famous Kruger National Park. The other photos are from Mozambique. Tofu beach which will someday be one of the world's most popular beach holiday destinations, and Vilaculos, looking out towards the Bazaruto Archipelago at low tide. Back in South Africa, the Drakensberg Mountains provide some of the best hiking on the continent. If you look closely, you can see me standing on the edge of the cliff in the second-to-last photo.
